Mini Arcade Machine using Raspberry Pi

After making a full size arcade machine, and in doing so a ~1:10 scale model, I figured it would be fun to make the scale model work. Using a RasPi 3 B, and a 5" screen and joystick hat, I intend to force RetroPie on it and hit it until it works. And then make a nice cabinet, akin to the full scale.
